Tigercat moves assembly of Europe-bound forwarders and wheeled harvesters to Kincardineshire, Scotland in a bid to improve efficiencies.

BRANTFORD ON, APRIL 20, 2012 – In a move to improve service and decrease costs within the European market, Tigercat has officially relocated assembly of wheeled harvesters and forwarders from the somewhat remote Tigercat facility in Hede, Sweden to a newly constructed assembly facility in Kincardineshire, Scotland.

BRANTFORD ON, APRIL 19, 2012 – AUSTimber was a great show for Tigercat and co-hosts Forest Centre (Tigercat dealer for NSW, Queensland and WA) and Onetrak (Tigercat dealer for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. Along with Tigercat management, engineering, sales, marketing and field personnel and forest Centre and Onetrak team members, representatives from many Tigercat dealers across the southern hemisphere were also in attendance, including AB Equipment in New Zealand, AfrEquip in South Africa and Tracbel in Brazil.

BRANTFORD ON, FEBRUARY 10, 2012 – Tigercat is pleased to announce that Onetrak Pty Ltd has been appointed as Tigercat distributor in the Australian states of Tasmania, South Australia and Victoria effective March 1, 2012. Forest Centre Pty Ltd has been the Tigercat dealer in Australia for the past twelve years and will continue to operate in Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.

BRANTFORD ON, DECEMBER 23, 2011 – Tigercat is very pleased to announce that Allwood Equipment LLC has taken over the former territory of Forestrac Equipment Services in central east Georgia and is now a full line authorized Tigercat distributor.

Early reports indicate prototype is right on the money

BRANTFORD ON, NOVEMBER 21, 2011 – In Late August Tigercat shipped its prototype 880 logger to our British Columbia distributor, Parker Pacific. The machine was delivered to Parker’s Prince George branch where staff hosted a three day open house for customers to view and test drive the 880. Customer feedback was very positive.

PARIS ON, APRIL 25, 2011 – Tigercat will be exhibiting and demonstrating its southern US focused forestry equipment line-up as well as the 480 mulcher at In Woods Expo in Hot Springs, Arkansas, May 19-21, 2011. In addition, the Goodson family will appear at the Tigercat stand to meet fans and sign autographs on the mornings of Friday May 20th and Saturday May 21st.
