PARIS ON, APRIL 1, 2009 – Effective April 1, 2009 Davis Tractor and Equipment, LLC will take over Tidewater's operations in the state of Arkansas. Davis Tractor and Equipment will continue to operate out of the two existing locations in Warren and Hope.

Tigercat and Davis Tractor and Equipment will work to ensure that there is no interruption in services to Tigercat machine owners in Arkansas.

Meanwhile, Tidewater will refocus its efforts in its traditional markets in the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
