Wilson Equipment becomes newest full-line Tigercat distributor.
PARIS, ON, March 18, 2004 – Tigercat Industries is pleased to
announce that Wilson Equipment in Sheridan, Arkansas is now a full-line Tigercat
forestry
equipment dealer.
Owner, Phil Wilson started working for his father, Bully Wilson at Wilson
Equipment in 1972 and has been president of the company since 1986. Wilson also
recently acquired JNS Equipment in Monticello, Arkansas.
"I chose to pursue the acquisition of JNS primarily to gain access to
Tigercat's full line offering of quality forestry equipment," explains
Wilson. "Buying JNS has allowed me to get re-acquainted with a number of
fine people involved in timber harvesting and forest products in southeast
Arkansas and northern Louisiana. I am also excited that I now have the Tigercat
line to offer from Wilson Equipment at Sheridan."
