Overview

With exceptional stability, the LH857 is well suited to in-stand harvesting on steep terrain.  Two boom options to customize the carrier to various applications, head sizes, and timber profiles. Pair with a TCi harvesting head for a full factory-backed package.

ER Boom Options

Two efficient ER boom options to customize the carrier to your harvesting or processing application, including the long reach telescopic boom for reduced machine travel and ground disturbance. The two-piece boom options benefit from increased below grade capability for better performance in steep terrain.

Open Access

The side opening engine roof completely exposes the top and both sides of the engine, and most hydraulic components. When open, the enclosure roof serves as a spacious side service platform to work comfortably and safely.

Designed for Steep Slopes

Optimized weight distribution and low centre of mass, along with Tigercat’s patented super duty leveling undercarriage provide excellent stability on steep slopes. The unique sloping tail design provides leveling capability to 26 degrees. Additional clearance improves cable management on winch assist applications, reducing chain rub and interference.
