Tigercat Industries upgrades TCi D7 harvesting head control system with D7 Help Centre to empower owners and operators with additional knowledge, troubleshooting resources and repair guides.
Troubleshooting and repair guides, maintenance schedules and a guide to the D7 system are all available at the operator's fingertips. It's another resource to empower owners and operators to better understand the harvesting head control system and maximize harvesting performance and uptime.
For operators with less familiarity with the D7, many procedure-style topics are located within the D7 Quick Start Guide section. In addition, comprehensive troubleshooting and repair guides cover the most common repairs, adjustments and troubleshooting procedures such as measuring wheel, diameter encoder and saw encoder issues, repairs and replacement. With powerful search functionality, users don't have to worry about navigating to get the information they need.
