Tigercat Product Support Expands in the Southern US
Tigercat is pleased to welcome Hunter Moore to the Product Support team.
Coming from a family with deep roots in the logging industry, Hunter understands the challenges forestry contractors face every day. His background also includes leadership experience as an acting shop foreman and business owner, giving him valuable insight into both the technical and customer-service sides of the industry.
Based in Mount Enterprise, Texas, Hunter will support customers and dealers throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. He will work closely with MidSouth Forestry Equipment, Tejas Equipment, and Smith Equipment LLC, alongside District Managers James Farquhar and Nicholas Edwards.

District Manager James Farquhar recently met Hunter during a factory visit with MidSouth Forestry Equipment, Tigercat's dealer serving Louisiana and Arkansas. “Hunter is an excellent addition to our team. Hunter is eager to bring his field service experience and customer-focused approach to his new role. “I'm excited for the opportunity to join the Tigercat team. I've spent most of my career working in field service repair, so I understand the challenges our customers and dealers face every day. I look forward to supporting our dealers and customers across the region and helping provide dependable service and excellent support.”
