Tigercat harvester cranes use ER technology®, achieving parallel action without external parallel linkages. This results in energy savings and reduced maintenance.
The hooked profile provides excellent right-hand side visibility from the cab to the work area.
360 degree continuous crane and cab rotation provides an increased working range, and the ability to face rear when reversing through a tight stand. The rotary manifold virtually eliminates crane hose wear.
The spacious ergonomic cab with premium quality seat keeps the operator comfortable during long shifts. Large windows all around and machine controls within easy reach make Tigercat harvesters a pleasure to operate.
Automatic temperature control keeps the cab comfortable in all climates. Strategically placed vents optimize air flow and provide window defrosting.
The leveling crane combined with powerful slew force allows the machine to swing uphill at full reach on a 40 degree slope.
For increased stability, the centre joint oscillation cylinders are proportionally controlled. The operator can drive while utilizing full crane lifting torque over the side of the machine.

Watch the TCi 1165 harvester working in France. The machine was removing a combination of poor-quality trees and trees on private land bordered on one side of a public road and on the other side by an adjacent private woodlot. All the timber was felled and processed within this narrow strip of land, requiring very precise control and placement. Production typically averaged 15-20 cubic metres per hour.
