1075C Scarifier in Sweden


Watch the Tigercat 1075C scarifier preparing the soil for replanting in Sweden. The 1075C is configured for scarification with a Bracke M36.b 3-row mounder and three-pointed mattock wheels. The mounded rows provide new trees with more light, water and access to nutrients, encouraging improved root formation.

Shovel Logging with the LS857

TCi 1165 Harvester in France


Watch the TCi 1165 harvester working in France. The machine was removing a combination of poor-quality trees and trees on private land bordered on one side of a public road and on the other side by an adjacent private woodlot. All the timber was felled and processed within this narrow strip of land, requiring very precise control and placement. Production typically averaged 15-20 cubic metres per hour.

6900 Grinders in Post-Storm Cleanup


Watch this video to see three Tigercat 6900 grinders working in intensive material reduction operations in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The three grinders work side-by-side, twelve hours per day, seven days per week, processing 40,000 yards of material every day.


LogOn Engine Diagnostics


All Tigercat and TCi machines are equipped with the LogOn system. LogOn features very powerful diagnostic tools that allow the operator to search for fault codes, view and download ECU data, read and graph engine parameters, and perform diagnostic tests on the engine and after-treatment system. This video will walk through one example of how LogOn can be used to determine what a displayed fault code is, troubleshoot its cause, and recommend a solution for the problem.

120 Winch Assist on the Slopes of Chile


The first Tigercat 120 winch assist in Chile. The machine was slotted into a steep slope yarding jobsite in the Araucanía region. Watch the video to see the 120 assisting a Tigercat 635G skidder working in slopes of up to 60% grade. Compact and highly mobile, the 120 can pick up and move to a different location very quickly.

Tigercat Seat Adjustments


With the exception of forwarders and harvesters, all current 2025 Tigercat models are equipped with a common operator’s seat. In this video, to help you get the best performance from the seat, we are going to take you through the adjustments and point out some differences specific to certain machine models.


6040 Carbonizer in Action


Watch the 6040 Carbonizer processing wood debris to produce consistent and high-grade organic carbon. The conversion process reduces the volume of infeed material by 90% and sequesters 25-30% of the total available carbon. It replaces open burning or other carbon intensive conversion processes, while creating a useful product.

544 Harvesting Head in a Mixed Stand

The 544 is Tigercat’s lightest weight head suited to track harvesters. The three-wheel drive system and triangulated design offers excellent bucking and delimbing performance and accurate measuring.


6900 Grinder in British Columbia


Biomass pellet production – the first stage. Watch the Tigercat 6900 grinding feedstock derived from logging residue. The ground material passes through 65 mm (2.5 in) screens, producing a consistent size and quality of material well suited to the next stage of the pelleting process.
